What We’re Doing to Improve Accessibility

All candidate processes are tested internally on an annual basis using accessibility tools and assistive technologies to help meet standards. Tribepad also conducts testing with real users and gathers feedback from job applicants to improve the user experience.

Enforcement Procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you are not satisfied with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

  • Some dynamic elements may not announce updates correctly to screen readers

Additional issues may exist depending on your local configuration. Please contact your account manager to request the current issue list, which is available as a PDF.
